Situated 2 minutes walk from the superb Marina Rubicon, Villa White Nancy is a new, detached villa with its own private, electrically heated pool.

The villa is comfortably furnished to a high standard throughout and comprises of a lounge / dining area with widescreen TV and DVD / CD player, fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is one double and one twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms. A z-bed is available for an additional child.

Outside, along with the heated pool are garden, sunbathing and patio areas with table & chairs, loungers and cushions with screening around the sunbathing and pool areas for privacy. There is also a built-in barbecue and off road parking.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
