About the property

Special note because Christmas Day 2008 & New Years Day 2009 fall on a Thursday we are making Villa Rosa available for Booking from Sunday 21st December through till 28th December and Sunday 28th December through to Sunday 4th January 2009

This superb villa is located 2 minutes walk from the beautiful Las Cucharas beach and 5 minutes walk from the centre of Costa Teguise. Far enough away to ensure peace and quiet yet close enough to all of the restaurants, shops and entertainment.

The villa has just been fully fitted out to a very high standard to include everything possible to make your holiday as comfortable and enjoyable, as is possible.

There are 2 twin bedrooms and one Kingsize bedroom, including a safe, and a foldaway bed is available if required for a seventh person. Both a Mothercare cot and high chair are available free of charge. Please bring linen for the cot. We also have 2 push chairs and playpen freely availble for your use.

The villa is also equipped with a hair dryer.

The kitchen has been fitted out to a very high standard with Bosch appliances including an eyelevel oven, microwave, blender, dishwasher and full size fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine.

The lounge has a leather 3 seater sofa and 3 armchairs. A television with limited satelite stations is provided as is a music centre incorporating radio/cassette and 3x DVD player, bring your own DVD's. This also has a facility for game consoles and Ipods to plug in to. There is also a DVD player .

The modern dining room seats 8 people for those colder evenings and there is an 8 seater table on the patio next to the solar and electrically heated tiled swimming pool.

Both bathrooms have full shower facilities as well as baths and the property has a 100 litre hot water tank, enough for all the family.

Maid service is weekly with a mid week service that includes a towel change. We supply all beach/patio towels.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

Costa Teguise is the ideal family resort on Lanzarote. Sports facilities abound including a superb golf course 2km away and the Aqua Park, including water slides and flumes, is 1km distance.
