Light and airy penthouse on two floors (second and third), a few minutes walk from the natural, rocky beach, in a superior complex built to high standards.
The attractive residents’ gardens have lawns, fountains, pool, whirlpool and a large, shady area; the grounds are both private and secure.
The L-shaped living room is comfortable with air conditioning and attractive, and has two sets of doors opening onto the southwest-facing balcony, with a table and chairs for outside dining. On the second floor there are two terraces with tables, chairs and recliners.
Close by, and within sight of the apartment, is the picturesque La Fontana Canal and Marina where boats of all types are moored for easy access to the sea. A short stroll along the seafront to the right takes you to the Arenal beach, with its many attractions, and to the left the walk to the Port of Jávea will take around fifteen minutes. There are several supermarkets nearby. The historic old town of Jávea, about 3 km away, is well worth a visit, and there is a choice of golf courses within a 25 minute radius.

About Javea, Costa Blanca
Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.
There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.
The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!
