About the property

Villa Bienvenidos is a 2 bed 2 bath detached high quality villa with its own private pool which is aclaimatised.

The villa is on a quiet residential complex of other villas, and these share the communal pool which is large with gradual steps and is a stones throw from the villa.

Inside there are settees, good quality furnishings, marble floors, high ceilings, TV with SKY package, a DVD player with up to date films, CD player. There is also a full information pack on the villa and surrounding area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and a welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk, juice and biscuits awaits you.

The large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dressing table has an on-suite marble bathroom with shower over bath. There is a door to the patio area off the master suite. The twin bedroom enjoys a view to the private pool and has the use of the family walk in shower-room.

Outside there is an outdoor seating area, which is lit and covered for evening dining. The garden is fully walled with sun loungers and BBQ. From the garden you can see the sea, lighthouse and neighbouring islands.

There is a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is off road parking.

La Goleta is away from the main resort of Playa Blanca and is in a very quiet location, although within a 15 min walk away you can find an Indian Restaurant, Spanish Café, French café/bar, English pub with major sporting events and pool table, a convenience store with all your essentials and UK papers plus a Chinese restaurant.

We recommend car hire (which can be booked via us) as the nearest beach is a 5 min drive away, as is the village of Playa Blanca. However, there are some lovely mountain and coastal walks to do. You can reach the rocky sea front within a 15 min walk from Villa Bienvenidos. We have plenty of neighbouring villas available if you choose to come with friends who require their own accomodation!

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips...

We like the Dive College Lanzarote which is a 25 min walk or 2 min drive from the villa. They offer all kinds of courses from beginners to experienced divers.
