About the property
Our apartment situated on the edge of El Cotillo. El Cotillo is a quiet fishing village and is an ideal location if you want to get away from the maddening crowd. Our apartment is well equipped and offers lounge with modern, yet comfortable corner suite, coffee table, widescreen TV, DVD player and hi-fi. French doors open onto the large balcony with cane settees and patio table and chairs for those idylic morning breakfasts in the sun or early evening drinks! There is a very comfortable dining area with table and 4 chairs.
A fully fitted kitchen area with full size oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster etc.
Double bedroom 1 with double bed, large fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Lots of storage area so you won't be falling over your suitcases all holiday!
Double bedroom number 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Again lots of storage area.
The bathroom is complete with bath with a shower over, wc and bidet. An automatic washing machine is situated in the bathroom - ideal for rinsing sand out of the beach towels!
On the roof is a very private sun terrace with sun loungers complete with cushions. There is also a fitted shower on the terrace to cool you down when the sunbathing gets too hot! A further patio table is situated here, complete with umbrella and 4 chairs. A barbeque completes this ideal arrangement for idyllic summer evenings when you know its unlikely to rain! A definite plus!
Bedding and towels are provided and changed weekly. Welcome pack on arrival, digital safe installed, cycle hire available, travel cot hire available and BBQ pack available.
Transfers can be arranged locally if required. Discounted rate of 30 Euros each way apply.
The owners are on site to ensure your stay is ideal. Whether you need information, help or just to be left alone - we oblige!

Each additional adult from £25 per person extra per week, however there is a discount of 5% for bookings of 2 weeks and over.

About El Cotillo, Fuerteventura
Still one of the unspoilt villages on the north-western part of the island, major development and tourism has remained at bay. As well as beautiful beaches, this village is known for its fort, Fortaleza del Tostón, which was built in 1797. Looking slightly odd now, isolated on the cliff tops. El Cotillo is a traditional Canarian village that doesn’t have all night bars and restaurants, so if it’s a quiet break away you’re looking for, you’ve just discovered the right place to escape too.
Owner's Tips...
Although car hire is recommended to get around the island sightseeing - if all you want to do is relax either on the sun terrace or on the nearby beautiful beach with calm waves, then free transfers can be arranged.
Bike hire is also available at very competitive rates.
There is a regular bus service into Corralejo which is the nearest town - where the nightlife is lively and shops abound.
There is something for everyone if you want to go and find it - diving, surfing, snorkeling, walking, fishing, golfing, sunbathing, relaxing,shopping, night clubbing - all this is available just a short bus ride away. There is now even a water park for a great family day out.
