This luxurious fully air-conditioned villa lies in its own private gated orange grove of over an acre surrounded by desert garden and mature palm trees.
The villa accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms and french windows leading out onto a huge sunbathing terrace with patio furniture. There are two further twin bedrooms on the ground floor and a luxurious bathroom with corner bath and shower over.
The spacious lounge has large leather sofas, sky TV, DVD, music facilities and feature marble fireplace. The large kitchen is superbly equipped with black marble worktops, dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and ceiling fans. A utility room with washing machine adjoins the kitchen.
Double doors lead out onto the enormous shaded dining terrace with table and chairs for eight, and comfortable rattan occasional furniture. There is also a football table to keep the children happy in the shade. The enormous tiled courtyard terrace at ground level provides ample room for eight loungers for sitting in the sun around the stunning mosaic tiled swimming pool which has roman steps and integral seating. The mountain sunset views from the villa are amazing and with an average 3000hrs of sun a year there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
A generous welcome pack is provided at your meet and greet which includes bread, tea, coffee, milk, butter, crisps, cheese, pate, wine, beer, cava, water and coca-cola, enough to have a snack or breakfast before going to the supermarket. Alternatively our agent can pick up a take-away pizza or provide a catering service for those late arrivals.
All bed linen and towels, including pool towels supplied, although beach towels are not.

Mojácar is divided into two areas; firstly the picturesque hilltop town of Mojácar Pueblo, with it's unique Moorish feel, narrow streets and whitewashed properties. Then there is Mojácar Playa - a modern tourist, resort running along the coast.
Mojácar Playa has become a popular holiday destination over the past few years and it is well serviced for visitors. The beaches stretch for miles, they are safe and clean and all major watersports are available to try out. Away from the water, Mojácar Playa has a great selection of restaurants. If you've hired a car, Mini Hollywood and the Waterpark are only a short distance away.
Mojacar holiday accommodation is readily available to suit all budgets and party sizes. Holiday rentals in Mojacar have increased over the years as more and more visitors are looking for the ideal Mojacar rental. Most Mojacar properties are available all year round and some offer long lets during winter months.
Close to the world class Desert Springs, Valle d'Este and several other challenging golf courses all within 15 minutes drive. Vera Water theme park 10 minutes drive.
Several blue flag beaches within 15 mins drive. The port of Garrucha has wonderful seafood restaurants and is only 15 minutes away and there several good bars and restaurants nearby.
The villa is within easy reach of several airports all served by the low-cost airlines, and is only 3 mins from the Motorway turnoff which joins Almeria,Granada,Murcia and Alicante. Almeria is only 45 min motorway drive away E15 Murcia is 1hrs drive on a very quiet toll m-way (11euros). Alicante is 1hr 45mins drive also on the E15 motorway and Granada is a scenic 2hr drive away.
