About the property

Casa Maria is a luxury villa furnished to a high standard with all your home comforts including quality linen and towels.

The accommodation comprises of one twin bedroom and a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with safe for personal belongings. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and are equipped with fans. There are two bathrooms, one ensuite and the villa has marble flooring throughout. The living room has satellite TV, DVD and music system and a sofa bed to sleep a further 2 guests if required. Patio doors lead onto the substantially extended terrace and private electrically heated swimming pool with sun loungers. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker/ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave and there is a washing machine in the utility room.

The large dining area has been extended also to provide a dining area with free standing wooden table and chairs and seating for 6 people. There is an additional seating area with doors that can be opened for alfresco dining or poolside barbecues.

The villa is a short walk to the sea in beautiful surroundings with mountain views which is ideal for couples and families alike.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

Peak Season - Easter, Xmas & New Year	£595 per week for up to 2 guests (Plus £50 per additional guest)

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
