About the property
We offer you a family owned 3 bedroom first floor apartment complete with bathroom and separate shower room. The apartment is fully furnished and tastefully decorated throughout with a fully equipped kitchen.
The three bedrooms consist of one double, a twin, both with fitted wardrobes and a single bedded room with freestanding wardrobe. The living room contains both a three seater and two seater settee and a wooden dining table with four chairs. A flat screen TV with English cable channel and a DVD player make it a real home from home. There are mobile fans and portable heaters available depending on the weather! The dining room leads out onto the balcony which comfortably holds a full patio set. It offers magnificent views of the sun setting over the mountains in the early evening. The apartment is located in a quiet area of the complex with all the amenities close at hand.
Included in the price are bedding, pool and bath towels, electricity and water and use of the complexes three swimming pools. The gym and squash court use is payable locally.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida
Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.
Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.
Owner's Tips...
Puerto de Mazzaron is a typically Spanish fishing port and although it remains untouched by the major tour operators it still contains numerous bars and international restaurants as well as a couple of English bars for your football and Sunday roast. The Pueblo Salado complex is in a secure compound and has it's own restaurant and bar with Internet access, 3 swimming pools, 1 covered in winter,a children's play area and also a fully equipped gymnasium.
