About the property

You enter the villa through large entrance hall that leads to the kitchen, which leads to a sun terrace with views to the sea nice place to sit and enjoy a family breakfast or lunch. From there you move onto the large living room, and dining room with windows and doors where you can sit and admire the views to the mountains which change colours through the seasons. There are double doors leading out to another large sun terrace the ideal spot to watch the sun setting while having a evening meal this terrace also overlooks the swimming pool and hot tub which is ideal if you require shade while you can still keep your eye on everyone else having fun in the swimming pool and garden. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and en-suite, twin room with en-suite and guest toilet. Both rooms have beautifull views to the mountains and garden

The first floor has two twin bedrooms both en-suite and master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite leading onto a private sun terrace where you can relax with your morning tea and newspaper ,this terrace is private and can be locked from the inside so if you want to escape thats the place to go. The shared sun terrace from the main bedroom you can lie in bed and see the most beautifull view of the mountains. Also on the shared sun terrace is a swing chair where you can just sit and relax with views to mountains and sea.

The two further twin rooms on the 1st floor also have wonderfull views to mountains

In the basement we have a large games room with music centre, football table, pool table, karoke machine,TV, bar with optics and fridge to keep your drinks cool. There is also a separate shower room with shower toilet and sink. In the double garage is a laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying area iron and ironing board.

There will be a welcome basket for guests upon arrival. In the lounge we have a selection of DVD's and music CD's and magazines. There is parking for approximatly 4 cars. The 11m x 5m pool is not heated, there are steps entering the pool from the shallow end leading to deep end. There is a selection of water floats for children. The hot tub is to the side of the pool for 6 persons. The table tennis table is outside round the pool during summer months.

We supply bed linen and towels (not beach or pool towels). This villa is air conditioned for both hot and cool air. Overall it is very spacious finished to a high standard private and has spectacular views.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 10 people sharing.

Low season is 6th Oct to 14th Dec 2008.

Nearest golf course is Santa Clara. A car is recommended althrough you are in walking distance to the supermarket and resturants 10 minutes drive into Marbella, 5 minutes drive to beach.
