Outside the patio looks onto the pool, south facing for plenty of sunshine. Just a 1 minute stroll to the sea and prominade. Within easy walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. A 10 minute taxi will take you to Puerto del Carmen centre or pleasant walk along sea front, ideal for people who like things quiet but within easy distance of facilities.

About Matagorda, Lanzarote

Located within a 5-minute drive of Arrecife airport, Matagorda is considered the tasteful extension to Puerto del Carmen and offers the best of all worlds: It's surroundings give you a quieter holiday, with the more lively resort of Puerto del Carmen only a short drive away when required.

The resort area of Matagorda is a mile or so along the coastal road from Puerto del Carmen and is dominated by the sandy beach bearing the same name. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants to choose from, the commercial centre has plenty of places to eat, offering everything from pizza to paella.

Matagorda rentals are available with a good selection of villas and apartments to choose from.

Owner's Tips...

Good Indian/Chinese/Japanese and restaurants in shopping centre. Scuba diving available up to instructor level through owner also owner willing to do day trips if notified first, driving range closeby.
