About the property

This superb penthouse apartment has recently been refurbished to the highest standard and now provides the ideal base for any type of holiday. It also boasts WIFI.

On entrance through the light airy corridor there is the twin bedroom, complete with its own private terrace, situated opposite the bath/shower room. Moving towards the fully equipped kitchen, including electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge freezer, there is a breakfast bar.

The large lounge dining area is ideal for relaxing, complete with satellite tv including British channels, DVD, CD player/radio and video recorder. An extremely large comfortable sofa, which also converts into a large double bed, is the seating arrangement. From the seating area there is double doors leading out to the terrace which has unbelievable stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic, Los Cristianos and La Gomera. This area is the ideal place for you to unwind and relax after long lazy days of sunbathing.

The master double bedroom, complete with en-suite is located off from the dining area, and complete with double doors that lead out onto the 32 square metre balcony.

This apartment has ample storage area and also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. An electronic safe is also provided for your valuables and documents.

Also, a cupboard full of toys and inflatables for the kids! Big or little.

About Los Cristianos, Tenerife

A popular destination since the 1960's, Los Cristianos still holds onto a small amount of its local identity, with restaurants and bars are aplenty. Quieter than other areas, the main focal point is around the harbour where you can escape to La Gomera by ferry or hydrofoil.

Flight deals to Los Cristianos are available from the UK, with many airlines flying several times a week. The mild climate on Tenerife means a holiday in Los Cristianos can be taken all year round.

Many of the Los Cristianos holiday apartments are ideal for families, several of the complexes have separate kiddies pools and beaches are closeby for the sunworshippers amongst you.

A booklet is provided in the apartment which is a mine of information regarding Tenerife, excursions , restaurants etc etc. I am also a resident, therefore I am always here to answer any questions or to offer any help you may require.

We are as flexible as we can be with change over times. If in the unlikely event that we have new guest arriving before your actual departure time, we will provide an area for you to leave your luggage and also a restroom so you can freshen up before your return journey.

There are no other restrictions on this apartment, however I ask all guests to respect other tourists and residents on the complex.
