About the property

Bedroom one has twin beds, a safe, fitted double wardrobes, 5 chest draws and hairdrier. Bedroom two has twin beds, fitted double wardrobes,small dresser unit, ironing board and iron. Bathroom one has full bath/shower, toilet, sink and bidet. Bathroom two has shower, toilet and sink.

Kitchenette/lounge area has satellite TV, including some BBC. Video player, 2 seater settee and 3 seater settee, coffee table, books and videos are provided free of charge. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, full oven, 4 hobs, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, full cooking utensils are provided. lots of crockery is provided. Fire equipment on the wall for your safety. The apartment is fully insured for rental. Outside there is a large patio area with table, chairs, umbrella, 4 sunbeds. This looks onto gardens leading to the pool area.

Towels and sheets provided, large towels for pools. Once a week sheet change with towel change mid week and end of week. Infant cot with linen provided free of charge via owners.

Any day that falls over christmas is 450 euros regardless of the number of persons. No charge for baby in a cot.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

This is a high quality apartment, which the owners clean and maintain, and a great location for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Shops and good quality restaurants nearby. The 18 hole golf course is about 5 mins drive away. Water park is 5 mins drive away.
