About the property
This well appointed house is situated on the edge of the mountain with a 16 x 32 foot terrace giving uninterrupted panoramic views of the breathtaking scenery overlooking the Mediterranean Sea towards Gibraltar. On a clear day you can actually see the mountains of North Africa.
Buena Vista is a small urbanisation close to the centre of Mijas and Benalmadena nestled in the mountains and only a 15 minute drive to the beaches of Los Boliches and Fuengirola. The nearest International Airport is Malaga (10 Miles).
The property also benefits from a superb swimming pool set in mature gardens which is exclusive to the residents of Dona Blanca and 24hr security at the entrance to the urbanisation which is served by electronic gates. (A remote control will be made available to guests for the gates)
There are 3 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a comfortable lounge/dining room with satellite TV & DVD Player, radio and CD-player. The kitchen has been recently modernised and is fully furnished with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and hob.
The terrace is also fully furnished with table, chairs, sun beds, barbeque etc.

The property is situated within 15 minutes of 3 professional golf courses.
The Costa del Sol has 33 golf courses, several very near to Buena Vista. Other local activities would include tennis, walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, aquaparks and amusement parks amongst other attractions. Andalucia has something for everyone: the holiday towns of the Costas(Malaga,Torremolinos,Fuengirola,Marbella and Puerto Banus).There are plenty of good restaurants,clubs and bars that line the rocky coast all the way down to Gibraltar which is less than an hour by car.
