About the property

The Bonanza apartments are a small friendly, private complex with quiet relaxing pool situated on the lower level of the valley of Puerto Rico in a quiet but convenient location. Just a short 5 minute stroll to most local amenities bars, restaurants, beach and marinas, but not too close to spoil a good nights sleep. There is a handy supermarket and local transport close by.

The apartments consist of fully fitted modern kitchens including microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, iron/board. The modernly furnished living room has sofabed TV, DVD, radio everything required for a self catering holiday.

They sleep 2 adults a 3rd adult or 2 small children can be accommodated on a sofabed situated in the living area which leads out onto a furnished balcony overlooking the relaxing pool which is never too crowded as on most commercial complexes.

Private rentals are always the best selection and we never double book as many tour operators do.

We cater personally for our clients no reps, no managers. We also arrange transfer you from the airport if required at competitive prices.

We cater for couples and families. All nationalities very welcome. There are security gates on each apartment for your peace of mind. Please contact us for availabilty.

About Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria

This bustling tourist resort is a hugely popular destination in the summer months, however it becomes less crowded out of season. Whether you want to relax on the beach, or go dolphin spotting on the glass-bottomed catamaran, Puerto Rico has it all.

Owner's Tips...

Puerto Rico is built in a valley in the South of Gran Canaria sheltered from the prevailing winds. No mosquitoes, no hurricanes, no humidity just sunshine 50 weeks of the year. Why go long haul when there is a tropical paradise just 4 hours flight from the UK.

It is best to have accommodation on the lower level of Puerto Rico not too many steps, saving on long queues and taxi fares especially at night from the centre.
