This luxury villa offers something for all ages, heated pool with basketball, luxurious jacuzzi, 46" HD TV, full Sky Plus HD, Sky movies, Sky sports plus all Premiership League Football games, internet cable/wi-fi , PS3 with 2 wireless controllers, Wii console & games, table football, fantastic outdoor games area with 9' table tennis table, and 7.5' pool table. For toddler's we have a paddling pool and a large play area in the garden with swing, slides, see saw, playhouse and crawl-through caterpillar-train plus a large selection of toys and inflatables. The master bedroom with super king size bed, has en-suite, bath/shower, TV, Video/DVD, Sky TV, music centre, hairdryer and safe. Patio doors lead onto private terrace, with stunning views and furnished with table and chairs. The second double bedroom has en-suite/shower, hairdryer and a safe. Two twin bedrooms, family bathroom with bath/shower. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air con available - coin operated.

For little ones we provide, a travel cot with linen, highchair, baby alarm, 2 potties, 2 toilet training seats and step, change mat, buggy, 2 play mats, eating utensils, and toys, all at no extra cost.

The spacious lounge overlooking the pool is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, occasional tables, 46" HD screen/DVD/Video, full Sky Plus HD, including, BBC/ITV, Sky Movies, Sky Sports and all Premier League Football games shown. Music system, i pod docking station, selection of Video’s/DVD’s/CD’s/books and games, including PS3 with 2 wireless controls, Nintendo Wii console with games. Air con - coin operated. The dining area leading from the lounge has seating for 8 people. French doors lead onto the covered terrace. The fully fitted kitchen leading from the dining area includes electric oven with 1 electric/3 gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric steamer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, 2 toasted sandwich makers and full compliment of utensils for self catering. French doors from the dining area lead onto the covered, furnished terrace with table football, outside lighting makes it ideal for “al-fresco” dining, here you can sit and relax in one of the comfortable easy chairs and enjoy the views of the countryside down to the sea. The terrace overlooks the 10m x 5m private pool (one of the largest private pools on the island) jacuzzi, children’s paddling pool and outdoor games area. Optional outdoor, infra-red sauna with CD player! (details & cost on request). Steps lead down to the pool area where there are ample sun loungers, parasols, table/chairs. To ensure private sun bathing the area is surrounded by walls. From the pool area steps lead down to the large mature garden and our toddlers play area. A BBQ area and a poolside shower completes the outside facilities. A selection of inflatables for pool also provided. Lockable gates prevent young children wondering into the pool/games and play areas unsupervised.

Heated pool all year round included in price. Infants under 2 years Free. Children 2-4 years £50pw. Please state childrens ages when enquiring for a cost. Prices for 2 people on request. No stag/hen parties or pets. Families and couples only.

20% deposit required to secure booking. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival date.

Outdoor sauna is an optional extra - details and costs on request. If required - must be booked before arrival. Air con is available in lounge, all bedrooms and is coin operated.

About Oasis de Nazaret, Lanzarote

Oasis de Nazaret is a village in the country, set on a hillside overlooking the sea & mountains. Its central position makes it ideal for exploring Lanzarote and the beaches, golf course, restaurants and the airport are only a short drive away.

The famous "Lagomar" restaurant, designed by César Manrique is a must for anyone wanting a delicious gourmet meal. The building is famous for once being owned by Omar Sharif. There is a small well-stocked supermarket in the village and bakery a few minutes drive away.

Owner's Tips

Costa Tequise with many shops, bars, restaurants, golf course, aqua park and water sports is less than a 10 minutes drive. The famous Sunday market at Tequise, once the capital of the island is only a few minutes drive, there are also a few local shops, restaurants, bars, and a chemist. Tias, with Go Karting, is a 15 minute drive. Puerto del Carmen with many beaches, shops, bars restaurants is a 25 mins drive. The capital Arrecife, is a 20 mins drive

The villa is well situated for those who wish to explore the island and see the many attractions Lanzarote has to offer. The famous LagOmar restaurant and a local supermarket are within walking distance from the villa. Car hire is recommended.

About us
Hello, Jenny here and together with my husband Ray, we own Casa Kieron. We first visited Lanzarote nearly 20 years ago, we loved the island and in particular, Oasis de Nazaret. With the island enjoying all year round sunshine, it was perfect. Every time we came, we dreamed of owning our own villa one day. In 2004, our dream came true. We bought the villa and promptly re-named it after our first gandson who was just 6 weeks old!

We spent the next 6 months giving the villa a complete makeover and over the years have made many additions. The result is our deam home in the sun with activities for all the family, our 2 grandchildren, son, daughter and son-in-law.

What we love about our property
The first time we saw the villa, we said this is the one! It ticked all the boxes, location, detatched, large plot (1000 sq metres) large pool, great views - to name just a few of the boxes! - and had plenty of potential for our ideas.

It's design is typical Canarian style, with all the main family areas, lounge, dining room, kitchen connected by archways making it light, bright and spacious. The views are wonderful and the sunsets simply stunning! We love the area because it's quiet & tranquil and within easy reach of shops, restaurants beaches and all the sights and attractions Lanzarote has to offer.

The icing on the cake for us is when all the family can be here together, then we really know it was the best decision we ever made! We are very proud of our achievements with the villa and hope our guests get as much pleasure here as we do!
