About the property

Villa Miramar is close to the main village of Playa Blanca. It is a semi detached bungalow; in the residential area of Costa Papagayo. The villa has its own private pool which is electrically heated and has a handrail.

Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious lounge/diner, separate fully fitted kitchen, Solana, large patio where you can make the most of the lovely views.

The large double bedroom has an on-suite bedroom and windows to the pool area. The twin bedroom has two single beds and shares a family shower room. The fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge freezer for stocking up on holiday goodies, a dishwasher and washing machine, along with a cooker and microwave of course.

The large lounge has 2 settees, a TV and DVD player and selection of films. There are also plenty of books for you to enjoy. There is a dining table with seating for four and patio doors to the pool area.

The garden is fully walled and safe for children. There are excellent mountain views.

There is a private gated drive.We also have Villa Jessica (2 bed 2 bath with pool) which adjoins Villa Miramar so if you are a party of up to 10, we can accomodate you in the two villas!

To get to the Dorada Beach which has a supermarket, shops, several bars and restaurants, its just a 15-20min walk. The village, and main resort is a further 5-10 mins.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
