Large well equipped first floor apartment conveniently located only 10 minutes from airport, on a quiet complex of two story holiday homes.

This complex does not accommodate package holiday operators, ensuring a normally tranquill holiday.

Nicely furnished with new luxury bathroom, TV, tape/CD player, 25 foot sun balcony with table, chairs and umberella. New kitchen with 4 ring hotplate, microwave/grill fridge/freezer & all utensils, plus crockery & wine glasses. Various board games & reading material are present. The TV.is a Sky system, but the free to view channels are limited, however guests may take their own Sky cards to increase choice. Recent improvement include a DVD player with over 50 film titles available.

You have a choice of many bars & restaurants within minutes of level strolling plus a choice of main or secluded beaches, again only minutes away. Supermarket 100 metres.

Outlook onto well tended tropical gardens housing a shared pool with addition kiddies pool. Ideal holiday home for one or two couples, or small family.

Changeover days either Sunday orThursday.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

March, April, May	£180 per week for up to 2 guests (Plus £20 per additional guest)
June - Dec	£200 per week for up to 2 guests (Plus £30 per additional guest)

Additional adults £30 per person per week. Children £10 per week during school holidays.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
