About Los Mangueros 11

This is a one bedroom apartment in the small new built complex of Los Mangueros in Playa de Mogan. There is a communal pool for the complex with showers and toilets available.

The apartment itself is 1 bedroom and can sleep 4 people. There is a very comfortable bed sette in the living room that can sleep two and 2 single beds in the bedroom that can be joined or left separated. The apartment has satellite television and a DVD player in case you wish to relax by the TV some evenings and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave.

The apartment has washing facilities so that you can wash, hang out to dry and iron your clothes during your stay and once per week a cleaner will clean the apartment fully.

A cot is available upon request.

About Puerto Mogan, Gran Canaria

This tasteful resort on the sheltered southwest corner of Gran Canaria enjoys a glorious year-round climate and is perfect for those seeking a peaceful sunny holiday. Puerto Mogan is a delightful combination of the original whitewashed fishing village nestling on the hillside which overlooks both the golden sandy beach and marina harbour below.

Nicknamed “Little Venice”, the resort has been carefully designed with a maximum of three levels to maintain its unique ambience. Behind the marina harbour, where yachts from the world over are moored, is a charming network of walkways and canals overhung with colourful tropical flowers and plants.

There is a wide choice of excellent restaurants, cafés and bars in Puerto Mogan, many overlooking either the beach or the harbour, and also a variety of shops, boutiques and a good supermarket.

Activities generally revolve around the water and apart from swimming and sunbathing include diving, fishing and yacht trips. You can take the glass-bottomed ferry to Puerto Rico and Arguineguin, although there is also a good local bus service and taxis are on hand at reasonable rates. There are also two major golf courses within easy reach of Puerto Mogan.

Owner's Tips

If you wish to travel over the island you can hire a car as and when needed and if you need a transfer from the airport this too can be arranged. There are some fantastic restaurants both in Puerto / Playa de Mogan and in Mogan village itself 5 minutes away by car.

You can learn to dive locally at a local dive center and if you like gold then we can assit with getting access to Anfi Tauro golf club - now 9 holes.

I am from Belfast originally but now live in the Netherlands. I bought the property several years ago as I used to live and work in Gran Canaria and always loved Puerto de Mogan.

I know for certain that you will enjoy the area as much as I do

What we love about our property
The property is set slightly back from the town and beach (about 5-10 mins walk). It has a pool and is pretty quiet. There is a supermarket a minutes walk away but also there are so many restaurants around you normally have no requirement to cook for yourself, you are on holiday after all !!

“we loved the apartment!
just a few problems we had to ask for clean towels mid week which we received.
Also bin bags were not provided & when asked for these we were told the cleaning cupboard was locked!
There was leaking water from the boiler which flooded the whole apartment floor.
The management fixed the leak the next day but offered no help in clearing the water out. It took us 1.5hours!
Everything else was absolutely fine.”

“Very nice and quiet complex, felt safe and friendly. Big and bright apartement, but the terrace could have been a bit bigger as for 4 people. Although we are vere pleased with it all and Puerto Mogan is a very nice place to stay.”
