This spacious apartment has been totally refurnished to a very high standard and comes complete with all new furniture including TV, video, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, iron, ironing board and much more.
This apartment is by far the nicest and best positioned on the complex closest to the sea and the pool. The best of both worlds.
The apartment is on a quiet complex with 24hr security. The most striking thing about it is it's convenience to the pool (10 yards) and the amazing views of the sea (100yards). The apartment is ground floor and on this complex is the closest to the sea,therefore your views are totally unrestricted.
There is a supermarket on site also a pool bar serving refreshments and some wonderful restaurants only yards away offering wonderful cuisine at unbelieveable prices. For those who prefer some night life, a short 3 minute taxi ride costing £1.50 takes you to the heart of Costa Teguise and a choice of nightclubs offering dancing and happy hours that seem to last for hours and hours.
The apartment can comfortably sleep 4, however there are 2 single beds and two double sofa beds giving a total possible occupancy of 6, if a little cramped. We like to reccomend 2 adults and 2/3 children, and Costa Teguise has the only water park and golf course on the island less than 5 minutes drive from your accommodation.

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!
Costa Teguise offers a number of sports including the islands only golf course, diving, windsurfing and the islands only water park (great fun for the children). Not to far away you have go karting, horse riding, surfing and microlight flying. It really is all here so enjoy.

“Having just returned from a 3 week stay at this apartment for us it was a dream holiday peace tranquility total relaxation very close to the sea for my husband to fish and the 2nd pool which is salt water must be more than 25 meters often i had this all to myself sheer indulgence
The pool bar is very well priced with its drinks and is frequented by locals and ex pats who live there they were very friendly despite a laguage barrier we had a great time they invited us to a terrific BBQ and the next night Dave cooked chilli and Rice brillant
The local bus service right outside the complex is 2 30 Euros for 2 people into costa its self and about the same each to go to Arrecifi taxi into or from Costa is under 3 Euros
The apartment is well supplied with all your needs and more and very clean inside if you look around the complex and dont wear your rose tinted glasses then you will find a few flaws but dont let that spoil your holiday Pedro really looks after that big pool and the lady that helps him is always attending the gardens
If you dont want to enjoy the people on site then thay will leave you alone want more nightlife then Costa is very near the pool bar has lovely fresh baguettes very often cooked to order and handy for basic needs a big thank you Innez
We can reccomend this complex and this apartment but if you want 5 star looks when your asleep dont bother
The small pool in front of the apartment is an on going issue that will not be resolved overnight but with a big one available not really an issue
A lovely walk on the sea front also takes you to costa so thank you Charlie and yes we have booked to come back for 4 weeks at Christmas only a minor fault could you pop in a cheese grater ! cheers for a lovely holiday many thanks Brenda and Alan April 2010”

“We stayed for two weeks in this property, it was basic and the beds where uncomfortable to sleep on i do have back problems though.The toilet leaked and the flusher kept breaking, this was repaired quickly when we rang the lady who manages the property but then as said broke again. The rest of the property was fine it was clean and gave you everything you needed to chill out. The views from the terrace where stunning you looked out over the sea.Sitting and having a coffee in the morning watching the big liners go by was perfect and a few steps away was the pool. Charlie was true to his word when he said we would love it we are hoping to go back again for christmas as i am sure the problems will be sorted once Charlie is informed of the above problems ? mabey not the beds.There was a unrelated problem to the apartment, the drain just away from the property did let off a terrible smell some days and some of the locals that own dogs left the dog mass behind not cleaning it up not even making the effort to pick it up when the dog did its mess just outside the apartment.The first 3 days of our holiday the owner of the bar/mini market family was fighting and the guardia had to be called out on all occassions there was glass been broke and foul language this stopped when the son was kicked off the island.I must stress that these problemscan unfortunatly put off holiday makers booking there again, not us though as i am sure these issues will be resolved for the sake of the islands reputation.”

I WAS THERE ON THE 9TH NOVEMBER AND PUT IN NEW BED CLOTHES TOWELS ETC FOR THE COMFORT OF FUTURE BOOKINGS
THE TOILET KNOB LOST A SCREW AND FELL OFF THIS HAS NOW BEEN REPAIRED AS HAS THE SMALL LEAK
SORRY ABOUT THE BEDS BUT WE HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT ABOUT THEM BEFORE SO I GUESS TRUDY NEEDS A HARDER OR SOFTER BED ?!!!we can't win them all!
THE DRAIN GOT BLOCKED BUT IT TOO HAS BEEN CLEARED
THE MARKET WAS LEASED AND IS NOW CLOSED SO NO MORE PROBLEMS THERE
TRUDY HAS CONTACTED US TO BOOK AGAIN AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING HER STAY WITH US
THE COMPLEX IS NOW VERY QUIET AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT FOR A QUIET RELAXING HOLIDAY
