About Apartment Estartit Park 3-2
This newly completed exclusive complex of just 7 apartments is situated in the centre of the resort, close to the Church, approx. 350 metres from the beach. Convenient for shops and all amenities the apartment complex has reserved underground secure parking and a lift with wheelchair access. We have several apartments available in this complex.
The properties are fitted and furnished to the highest standard throughout and have 2 bathrooms, one with bath, the second with shower (plus hairdryer) a laundry with washer/dryer, an excellently equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, electric cooker, hob, microwave and a serving hatch through to a large dining/living room. The living rooms contain sofa bed, armchairs, satellite TV, DVD, and music centres. Patio doors to a large terrace well furnished with table, chairs, sunchairs and barbeque.
The terraces overlook the communal swimming pool. The sun is on these terraces most of the day and in the evening the sun is on the front terrace leading off the main bedroom and overlooking the Rocamaura mountain. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, the main bedroom has a queen size double bed and the 2nd furnished with twin beds.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava
This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.
However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
Owner's Tips
Estartit is the premier diving centre for the region and this apartment is close to the Marina where the diving boats are based.
There are four golf courses within an easy drive of Estartit. The sea front and restaurants are very convenient for this property.

“The apartment was of a very high standard, with good accomodation, bathrooms and kitchen. Location was very close to the shops and restaurants, but there was no problem with noise. Private parking was very helpful, but not sure what will happen when all the apts are being used.5 minutes walk to the beach, which was very good. All in all a good holiday with good accomodation.”
