About the property

The apartment is in the Torviscas area of Las Americas with the nearest beach being a 5-10 min walk. Torviscas has many bars and restaurants, we are close to the famous Sky Park and a 10 min walk to another water park. There is a bus stop outside complex taking you to many attractions in Tenerife.

The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, free safe, cot, new refurbished bathroom with power shower with massaging jets. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, juice maker, oven and hob.

Complex has 4 pools one of which meanders through the complex via bridges and interconnecting streams, tennis court, launderette, supermarket , 3 bars and a very nice restaurant are on site.

Lounge has a bed settee with pull out bed underneath, CD player, we now have ENGLISH TV with 2 sports channels showing premiership football, video, books, videos and games, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron and board, balcony has table and 4 chairs, brick barbecue overlooking quiet pool with a sea view.

About Playa de las Americas, Tenerife

The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960´s and now it’s brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers, but they can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you’re looking for an easy holiday without speaking too much Spanish, then Playa de las Americas is for you.

Owner's Tips...

Little italy in Playa Fanabe - Peking Palace chinese buffet all you can eat for 6 euros in Torviscas,jungle park, Mount Teide, close to golf courses. Thursday and Saturday market. Golf del sur and Amariilla golf courses are a 15 min drive away.
