2/3 bedrooms - children love the little bedroom. which contain bunk beds, Kitchen fully equipped, has halogen hob , kettle, toaster, microwave, etc. iron board & iron, hair dryer Satelite TV.

First bathroom has power shower. Use of swimming pool in complex just across the road and sea one minute's walk.Ceiling fans and mobile fans .

Patio furniture consists of sun loungers and table with six chairs and parasol. Very safe for children as there is a gate at the end of the path that leads to the road. Ground floor, no hills, ideal for wheelchair users.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Unlike most apartments, our apartment is situated on the flat with no hills to climb very close to all amenities, bus stops, taxi ranks, shops, restaurants, water sports & nightlife. Maps & places of interest supplied.

The Costa Teguise golf course is 20 minutes drive away and there is a driving range in Puerto del Carmen itself.

Puerto del Carmen apartment is ideally located in the middle of the strip 15 minutes walk to the harbour, a minutes walk to the beech and all shops, clubs and bars.We are opposite the Casino and Golden Corner bar , near Centro Atlantica. Hard rock, and paradise clubs, very popular venues. The apartment is fully equipped as mentioned before. 2/3 bedrooms sleeps 6, has 2 shower rooms with toilets and wash hand basins.With use of swimming pool and bar.
