Casa Olivia is a modern luxury air-conditioned villa.

The villa comprises of: Lounge with twin leather sofas, UK Satellite TV, DVD, CD/radio, IPod docking station, free unlimited Internet/WI-FI access. Kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave. The kitchen leads to the external dining area with large marble table and seating. There is also a utility area with washing machine.

The lounge leads through patio doors onto an large external terrace and BBQ area. Here you can relax on sunloungers, enjoy the sunshine and your own heated pool. Please note the pool is both electrically and solar heated to ensure it is always at the right temperature. The patio area is a fully enclosed area to add to your privacy and security. The patio surrounds and garden is fully planted with colourful plants and shrubs.

The master bedroom comprises of a king size bed and has an en-suite bathroom/shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The main bathroom has a walk in shower area. The villa has marble flooring throughout and is built to a very high standard. Both bedrooms are fitted with heating and Air Conditioning, which is a major benefit during the cooler winter or warm summer nights.

The villa is close to the centre of the development and has views of the large communal pool area where you can enjoy the use of a much larger pool and sun terrace.

The villa has a major benefit of being on a secure development. The entrances to the site are fitted with motorised gates that help keep the villas private. This security is only available on a very small number of developments on the island.

This is a great family villa which we are sure you will enjoy. The villa is based on a residential development and is not suitable for those seeking a noisy nightlife. There is parking space right outside the front of the villa.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips

Playa Blanca has a great selection of shops and restaurants and is probably the most family orientated of all Lanzarote resorts.

The Playa Flamingo beach is only a short drive away and is great for families. Playa Dorada is the largest beach located near the town centre where you are able to do a number of watersport activities. The famous Papagayo beaches are about 15 mins drive away but well worth a visit. A short walk away there is a selection of small convenience stores and cafe/bars available, along with a few restaurants, that would cater for most of your holiday essentials and english newspapers. The spectacular coastline is a short distance from the villa and is a must visit item during your stay.
We recommend car hire during your stay but there is a good local bus service that picks up close to the development and runs from 6.30am and every half hour until 11pm to the centre of Playa Blanca. Taxis are also readily available if required.
