About the property

A spacious 2 bedroom apartment situated in a frontline complex.

The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests and has all amenities including microwave, kettle, toaster, hob with 4 rings, oven, utensils, safe, TV/DVD-player (please bring own DVD's), iron, hair dryer, fans and patio furniture. We now have BBC1, BBC2 & ITV1
The apartment is also treated for cockroach prevention annually (this is expensive but very successful)
The complex is within 15 minutes walk to the centre of Costa Teguise along a scenic promenade. There are a selection of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. On site Gym (extra cost) and Tennis court.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!
