This magnificent detached villa is ideally situated within the outskirts approx 1km from the quaint Canarian village of Tias.

Casa Del Sueno can be let with 4 bedroom or 6 bedrooms. It is ideal for families or sharers as it is laid out over 3 floors. All rooms have fans. Lower floor has 2 x twin rooms, shower/steam room. Plus health spa available with sauna and gym. Ground floor has 1 double room and 2 twin with 1 full bathroom and 1 shower room, lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room, large built in BBQ and pool table. 1st floor has a sumptuous master bedroom with kingsize bed and a walk-in dressing room with built in wardrobes and en-suite, double doors which lead out to private balcony with sun loungers where you can immerse yourself in your own warm water therapeutic spa hot tub for that wonderful hydromassage soak whilst looking out at those wonderful seaviews day or night time, you choose!

All rooms have TV's and DVD players. The lounge has Sky, a CD/radio/music system and Playstation to keep the kids amused!!

The pool is heated all year around. The villa has its own banana, apple and apricot trees which guests are welcome to pick when ripe. A ideal base for touring the islands many beautiful atrractions. This exquisite detached villa lacks nothing and you wont be dissapointed!

Towels are changed weekly for stays longer than 1 week full clean and linen change.

This villa can be rented as either a 4 bed villa for smaller groups (lower ground floor locked) or a 6 bed villa.

A health spa is available with gym, sauna and steam room. Pool heating to about 28 degrees £50 per week. Safe available £25 per week.

Infants under 2 years old are free. A cot and high chair are available.

Towel change once a week. for stays longer than a week towel and linen change. Beach towels provided as well.

About Tias, Lanzarote

A beautiful Canarian town with a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Tías is a 5km drive inland from Puerto del Carmen and within easy reach of the busy tourist districts. Although it is a predominantly Spanish town, the expat population has grown over recent years, so much that all street signs are now in Spanish and English!

Owner's Tips...

Tias is a 5 minute drive with many restaurants - tapas. 5 mins to the local bakery which bakes the most delicious fresh cream cakes and bread.

Sandy beaches and many good restuarants - 10 minutes drive in Puerto Del Carmen.

Watersports, diving and Aqua Park in Costa Tequise which is a 20 minute drive.

Sunday Markets in Tequise between 9-2pm. Go Karting in Tias. Timanfaya National Park - Volcanoes 35 minute drive.
