About Villa Casa Cascada
This immaculately presented and generously appointed detached villa is located in a peaceful area of the resort of Callao Salvaje yet within a few minutes walk of all local amenities.
Now with air-conditioning, the lounge is comprehensively furnished and includes TV (BBC1, BBC2, ITV & Ch4), DVD, video and CD system. The kitchen is fully appointed with quality units and incorporates an oven, separate hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The master bedroom has a superkingsize bed and en-suite facilities. Two further double bedrooms on this level share a bathroom.
On the lower level, a separate suite has twin beds with shower and en-suite facilities. Outside there is sun terracing, a covered dining terrace, and a private swimming pool that has solar heating all year round with additional electrical heating in the winter months. There is a gas barbeque, patio furniture and sun loungers.
The more lively resort of Las Americas and the superb Adeje Golf course can each be reached within a ten minute drive.

About Callao Salvaje, Tenerife
Callao Salvaje is a village situated on the south - west coast of Tenerife, between the bustling resort of Playa de las Americas and the more tranquil resort of Los Gigantes. Callao Salvaje offers a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops, car hire, bank etc, and is only a 20 minute drive away from the airport.
The resort is within easy reach of the golf courses, the nearest one being the Costa Adeje, which is just a 5 minute drive away.
