A modern ground floor apartment in the quiet fishing village of El Cotillo. Ideally located it is only a few minutes walk to fantastic beaches, shallow lagoons and a selection of superb restaurants.
The apartment has been well finished and beautifully furnished throughout to a high standard and briefly comprises of the following.
A secure entrance door / hall way with remote operation.
A light and spacious open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining area seats four in comfort and the lounge area is furnished with two and three seater leather sofas, coffee tables and variable lighting. Entertainment is provided by TV, DVD and hi-fi systems with a good selection of DVD's and CD's. A utility room with washing machine.
The lounge opens onto a good sized south facing sheltered sun terrace having an open aspect and not being overlooked. To the rear of the property is an enclosed patio which provides both privacy and shade and a secure space for children to play. Both areas have an array of outdoor furniture.
The bedrooms provide one double and two single bed accommodation with plenty of wardrobe, draw and shelf space. Other features include individual reading lights, dressing tables, plenty of mirrors and a security safe. A fully tiled four piece bathroom and shower.
All main rooms have been fitted with ceiling fans for additional comfort.
An English management team provide local representation and are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Airport transfers are available for people not wishing to hire a car.

About El Cotillo, Fuerteventura
Still one of the unspoilt villages on the north-western part of the island, major development and tourism has remained at bay. As well as beautiful beaches, this village is known for its fort, Fortaleza del Tostón, which was built in 1797. Looking slightly odd now, isolated on the cliff tops. El Cotillo is a traditional Canarian village that doesn’t have all night bars and restaurants, so if it’s a quiet break away you’re looking for, you’ve just discovered the right place to escape too.
Owner's Tips...
Just relax and take time to explore El Cotillos many beaches and restaurants.
Although not essential car hire is recommended. It's good value, the roads are superb and virtually deserted and it's a true joy to drive with stunning scenery and many interesting places to visit.
Arrival and departure day and times are flexible depending on other bookings.
