Location location completely refurbished and nicely furnished 1 bed apartment which is fully equipped with an American style kitchen and dining area. The apartment sleeps 2/4 people with single beds in the bedroom, plus a double sofa bed in lounge. The comfortable lounge has digital English TV, a DVD player with a selection of the latest films. Cooling fans are provided and laundry facilities are in the complex.
Guests are welcome to use the lovely new pools and sunbathing area for 2010, tennis courts are available. Disabled ramps into complex. This complex is mainly made up of residential people and does not have any tour companies, would suit the more mature people who want a quiet relaxing holiday in the sun with plenty of bars and resturanants on the doorstep if required.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex, which has security manned 24 hours. Supermarkets, main bus stops and taxi rank are all within 50 metres, plus numerous bars, restaurants and shops. There are two good beaches within a short stroll, close to golf course and new casino.

The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960's and Playa de las Americas is now brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers and can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you are looking for an easy holiday with lots of entertainment on hand, Playa de las Americas is for you.
if you want to be in the centre of everything but also want a quite time around the pool, this is the place for you. loads of great value restaurants and bars all around, fernandos bar a must as is the merlin buffet chinese above, great value. We welcome you to stay in our apartment and treat it as though its your own throughout your stay.

“Great apartment with everything you need for a self catering holiday with two good supermarkets on your doorstep,quiet location with a nice pool area that is never crowded.We have stayed at this apartment twice now and have enjoyed our holiday on both occasions. Situated in an area with plenty of good restaurants nearby.just a nice stroll from either Los Cristianos resort and beaches or in the other direction to Costa Adeje.”

“Just returned from Eldorado apts. Had a great time as there was everything in the apt you could possibly need. Very much home from home. Had english tv etc. which wasgreat and is a very nice complex. The only thing we could find fault withwas thatthe swimming pool was shut as it had to be upgraded and there was alot of noise during the day but apart from that I would highly recommend this apt. It was very central for bars and restaurants.”
