Finished to the very highest standards with marble flooring throughout and now 'disable friendly'.

The villa comprises two bedrooms, 1 en-suite both with fully fitted wardrobes and wrought iron beds, tables and matching mirrors. A second family shower room is located off the hallway. A games library can be found in the hallway cabinet with over 50 family games. We also have a Giant Connect four and Giant Jenga as well as a Nintendoi WII. A Cot and high chair can be made available at no extra charge.

The kitchen comprises extensive work sufaces, cooker/hob, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer and microwave. A washing machine is located in the adjacent utility area.

The lounge has a brown chestnut Italian leather suite including a 3 seater sofa, which turns into a second full mattress double bed, leather coffee table, rustic wood side cabinet with satellite TV and DVD's (full Sky package & family pack of 50 DVD films) and Boradband WIFI Connection. French doors from the lounge and a second set in the master bedroom lead to an extended patio, complete with table, chairs and parasol and sun loungers around the private pool and a Matchplay table tennis table. A path from the extended terrace leads to a central relaxation area with a further table/chairs and parasol set in beautiful landscaped canarian gardens, which are fully enclosed. There is an outside shower to the side of the terrace / al-fresco area and we have also added a hot-tub (sunk behind BBQ).

The villa also benefits from having an alfresco dining area with marble table which can seat up to 8 comfortably and king-sized built-in BBQ.

The villa is a short walk from the sea and has fantastic views of Montana Roja making it suitable for couples and families alike. A championship golf course is to be built within a kilometer of the property - at the present time the nearest one is 30 mins by car.

Following internal and external changes made (and continually being made based on feedback) by the owners, this villa is now deemed suitable for wheelchairs and disabled persons - We would be happy to discuss these aspects with you if necessary as they were made following extensive discussions with a number of wheelchair users.

A welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread or rolls, cheese or ham and fruit juice and a bottle of complimentary wine, red or white, your choice will be available on arrival to greet all our guests.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are based on two people sharing (add £50 per person for the 3rd - 6th person). Children under five are always free. Ask about child free places if more than one child over five as we are generally happy to offer them.

The hot tub is an optional extra (£50 per week)
Broadband WIFI is an optional extra (£25 per week)

A £100 security deposit is required when paying the final balance (can be post dated cheque) - This will be refunded (or torn up) if we receive a satisfactory report from the local management company.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

About us
We are John and Rochelle (hence the name of the villa) and we live in Solihull in the UK with our two sons Brett & Joshua.

We fell in love with Lanzarote on our very first visit and have been visiting the island 3 or 4 times a year ever since. We decided to buy in 2004 and truly believe it was the best investment we ever made (and are likely to ever make). On each and every visit we always improve the villa and hope that you like the way it is now presented.
