About Apt.2 - Las Palmeras III
Our small complex of only 8 apartments is very convenient for the main beach, shops and restaurants and yet is situated in a quiet but 'central to everything' area of Puerto Del Carmen. We offer a quiet and relaxed atmosphere around the pool, which has been nicely refurbished complete with easy access steps into the pool. We are child and wheelchair friendly.
This apartment is equipped to a high standard and offers a very comfortable lounge with TV/VCR and DVD player, satelite TV and CD/radio. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, full size electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron & board. There is a separate bedroom with twin beds and two large double wardrobes (with hangers), free safety deposit box, hairdryer, and full bathroom. I can supply comfortable fold up beds for the lounge. This apartment is light, airy and secluded.
We are completely enclosed by locked security gate. There is plenty of parking on the hard standing immediately outside the entrance and on the street. You will have a small welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water for your arrival. Sheets and towels are provided. If you require anything extra - just ask and I will endeavour to supply.
The new golf course in Puerto del Carmen is up and running with superb views, this brand new golf course is a must for golf lovers.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
Owner's Tips
The Old Town for excellent food and cheaper eating out, Fundacion de Cesar Manrique (this was the artists house in the 60's) for me was just the bees knees, as are his other creations if you are the arty type, eg Jameos del Agua, Mirador del Rio, Green Caves, and an active Volcano! There's a lot more to do on Lanzarote than you first give it credit for.
Excellent sunny beaches all over the island, and Puerto del Carmen has many of them! Watersports are available on most beaches. You can be as relaxed or as busy as you want your holiday to be.
The new golf course in Puerto del Carmen is open and with superb views this golf course is a must for golf lovers.

“This is our 6th visit and as always a great relaxing week. Apartment clean and well looked after, all kitchen facilities,fridge, toaster, microwave, cooker and hob. Ironing board and iron and hair dryer. A great base for seeing Lanzarote, and convenient for walking into Puerto del Carmen. We will be back next year!”

“My friend and I stayed here for a total "chill out" break. We certainly had that! The area was very quiet and peaceful and the apartment was spotless with everything we needed. It felt homely and we had the added bonus of Karen (complex manager/housekeeper) who looks after everything and is a mine of information. We had total peace of mind with the complex being locked and knowing Karen was there if we needed anything. My only minor negative would be the pool was too cold but then I think that is more of a personal opinion. I would definitely recommend this apartment and we will certainly return. We had a ball!”
