About the property
Set in its own grounds Villa La Isla Bonita comprises circa 1,000 sq feet of living space and comfortably caters for 6 people and can accommodate a further 2 children on a sofa bed in the main lounge. There are three bedrooms, the master is en-suite and two twins. Cooling ceiling fans are provided throughout the living space.
The master bedroom has a special order spacious 180cm double bed. All bedrooms have integral wardrobes, providing ample storage space and all bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort and convenience. A secure safe which can be individually coded is also provided at the Villa for your valuables.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob, oven, fridge/freezer. There is a full supply of glassware, delve and utensils for all your cooking, dining and serving needs. Click here for a full kitchen inventory.
The lounge, dining area is beautifully furnished using traditional natural Canarian style furniture and provides a cool place to relax, dine watch the satellite TV/video or listen to music (portable stereo provided). The dining table and chairs seat six people. A door off the lounge opens out into the patio / pool area.
The patio decked out in sun loungers, easy chairs and drinks table is shaded from the sun and overlooks your own heated pool. Just perfect for al fresco dining! The kidney shaped pool ( 7.5mtr X 3.5mtr X 1.5mtr) and surrounding garden area enjoys the sun for most of the day. The garden area around the pool is tiled in natural stone with an attractive Canarian stone barbecue provided for your convenience. A shower is situated at the pool steps where there is also a secure handrail to make it easy to get in and out of the pool.
The grounds are planted with a selection of flowers (including Ibiscus, Cannas etc.) and indigenous palm trees including Yukas. The rest of the grounds are covered with attractive black volcanic picon. Privacy is maintained by the 1.5mtr high cane cladding around the villa's boundary fence. Heaven...!
Please note that the pool is not fenced off for young children and is 1.5meters deep throughout. We would therefore stress that if you have young children they should be supervised at all times. Again we can take no responsibility for any accidents that may occur and bookings are made at your own risk.
The large roof terrace provides a haven for serious sun tanning and enjoys views across the golf course down to the port area of Caleta and the Ocean beyond. If you fancy that game of golf the club house and first tee is a tiring 2-3 minute walk away. Yawn !! A shower room on the roof terrace is also provided for your convenience.

Online bookings are not confirmed bookings until confirmed by us with you over the phone.
Weeks will be allocated strictly on a "first booking deposit paid" basis. The booking deposit is 30% of the appropriate total cost.
All monies paid will be acknowledged immediately in writing or via email
Your holiday fee will include supply of all linen, towels and electricity.
A deposit may be required in addition to the holiday fee. This deposit is payable to our Homecare representative prior to handing over the keys and will be refunded at the end of the holiday subject to an inventory of contents. In the unlikely event of damages / breakages, customers will be liable to the full replacement cost of the damaged or missing item(s)
We do not take responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the Villa and recommend you take out suitable insurance before travelling.
Cancellation of a booking will lead to a forfeit of the entire booking deposit.
About Costa Caleta, Fuerteventura
Costa Caleta (formerly known as Caleta de Fuste) thrives on tourism, with lots of accommodation to offer, a fantastic golden sandy beach popular for water sports enthusiasts. The tourist centre of El Castillo (the castle) stands next to the harbour and is well worth a visit.
The town of Caleta is often referred to as a holiday village. The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. Costa Caleta harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.
There is a multitude of good restaurants in Costa Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area. There are also a number of good supermarkets within the area.
Situated on the east coast of the island, roughly 10km south of the airport and approximately 20 minutes south of Puerto del Rosario. There is a local bus service, which runs every 30 minutes and provides air conditioned coaches for the trip. At 1 Euro (65p) it is an extremely cheap and easy way to get around. Budget car rental in Costa Caleta is available for those wishing to explore the island at their leisure.
