Built into the hillside on the Torre Vella Estate adjacent to woodland, Villa La Dorada is part of a new development of terraced villas. It has a south facing aspect and overlooks gardens and a large shared pool. From its hillside position it has magnificent panoramic views over the valley of the River Ter across the bay with Begur and Pals in the distance.
At ground level there is a garage, washing machine and shower room with WC and washbasin. A large living room with well equipped open plan kitchen containing electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher is on the first floor. The living room has a dining area and comfortable seating, there is a TV, a video and a CD-player.
Patio doors lead out to a sunny balcony overlooking the pool. On this level at the back of the house is a bedroom with a sofa bed which will adapt to form either 2 singles or a double bed and a patio door leading out to a terrace with barbeque which enjoys the evening sun.A wood burning stove makes this property suitable for out of season lets.
On the second floor there is a double and a twin bedroom plus a well fitted bathroom.The Torre Vella Club with restaurant and bar is a couple of minutes walk from the villa but a car is required for the beach and town.

This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.
However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
Emporda Golf Club less than 10 minutes drive, 3 other golf courses within 15 minutes.
Close to Gerona, Barcelona and Perpignan Airports
