About the property
La Bodega Casa Rural has four delightful self-catering country cottages with a pool. This rural accommodation in the south of Tenerife has been restored from an old wine bodega and farmhouse to a very high standard, retaining the original stonework and tiles.
The kitchens are fully equipped with oven,hob, fridge,microwave. Linen and towels are provided.
There is satellite television with combined DVD player, also a wide selection of DVDs. Three of the cottages have double beds the other has twins. The bathrooms have wc, bathtub/ shower,bidet, mirrors and hairdryer. Bed rooms have fitted cupboards loads of coat hangers, extra blankets and even a hot water bottle. These cottages have everything you need for a perfect stay.
There are relaxing and attractive gardens with all kinds of semi-tropical plants, there are sun loungers, barbecue and patio areas and an overall spacious feeling. If you are looking for something different from the usual holiday hotel or complex, would like to relax and enjoy the tranquility of San Miguel yet be only fifteen minutes from the airport, golf courses and beaches then La Bodega Casa Rural cottages could be for you. About San Miguel, Tenerife
San Miguel is one of the oldest towns in the south of Tenerife and is the administrative centre for the area of San Miguel de Abona, surrounded by fertile land interspersed with barrancas mountains and pine forests.
San Miguels narrow streets and classic Canarian architecture is popular for its historical yet rural feel. There is plenty to do and discover; local fishing villages, traditional markets with an abundance of fresh products, unspoilt countryside to walk, run, hike, picnic, and enjoy as well as windsurfing, countless water sports, the golf courses of Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf, horse riding, carnivals - even rally car racing in the mountains during September.
Owner's Tips...
We have a choice of very good quality restaurants, all within close walking distance. There are also bars and very good local shops in San Miguel. Nearest large supermarket ten minutes by car. There are very good walks in the surrounding hills and mountains of San Miguel,with local fishing villages and beaches. Los Abrigos, El Medano just 15 minutes by car. Golf courses are on Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf just a short drive away.
This destination is for couples who want to relax and recharge their batteries in nice surroundings.
