Spacious and newly refurbished to a high standard first floor apartment situated in a prime position (by the seafront) in popular Costa Teguise area. With the Caletas beach just in front of the apartment.. The apartment is spacious and offers comfortable accommodation for those looking for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed plus a double sofa bed in the lounge, we can accommodate up to four guests, 1 full bathroom with shower, w/c, wahing machine, iron/ironing board, fully equipped open plan refurbished kitchen which is supplied with kettle, toaster, coffe maker,crokery and cutlery and fridge/freezer, oven and all utensils.

The lounge comes with TV, DVD (selection of films available) The lounge also has an excellent view over the seafront directly to the sea.

The property benefits from a terrace/solarium area, which is furnished with sunbedsirs, the views of the sea make it ideal for relaxing in the sunshine. You have got direct access to the beach promenade.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

Quiet yet close to local activity, the Apartments combine a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of sports activities. Easy taxi ride from airport, although car hire is recommended to visit the island at your leisure (can be arranged if required).

In the commercial area of Playa Bastian, reachable in a few minutes walk, you will find all kind of bars, cafeterias, restaurants and shops. Windsurfing and other aquatic sports are available at the beach.

It is close to all amenities - Playa Bastian beach is 5-10 minutes walk, mini-markets, restaurants, bars, car rental office, taxi rank, bus stop and, gym all within 2 minutes walk. Las Cucharas main beach can be reached by a lovely stroll along the seafront promenade about 15 minutes or a 3 minute cab or bus ride.

Costa Teguise offers a number of sports including an excellent golf course, diving, windsurfing and a waterpark. Other sports on the island and not too far away include go karts, horseriding, surfing, big game fishing, golf (full 18 hole), and microlight flying.
