This prime 3 bedroom apartment on the Virginia Park complex in Playa Blanca is spacious and newly furnished to a very high standard throughout. Comfortably sleeping 6 without the need for sofa beds in sitting room, it benefits from a highly desireable upstairs corner location featuring large private terrace which enjoys the sun from sunrise to sunset! Enjoy all the comforts of home whilst having excellent facilities on your doorstep including onsite supermarket and adjacent hotel offering excellent value dining and evening entertainment.

Seating 7 / 8 people the sitting room includes a Sony television, satellite receiver including English channels, DVD player and midi hi-fi system. A selection of CD's and DVD's are also available for the use of our guests you can of course bring your own favourite DVD's. Patio doors open onto the large private terrace.

Large private sunbathing terrace complete with loungers, dining table with chairs etc. The terrace has southerly aspects and enjoys the sun from morning until night. Double patio doors open into the sitting room with a further double set opening into the master bedroom.

Situated to the front and features a king size bed with quality linen. Also includes dressing table, double wardrobe, bedside units with lamps and quality soft furnishings. Opening into sitting room and double patio doors opening onto large terrace.

This is a larger sized bedroom situated to rear featuring 2 single beds, storage unit, bedside unit with lamp and large built-in full height wardrobes. These house a travel cot however we kindly request you bring your own bed linen for the cot.

The apartment is around a 15 minute walk away from the Blue Flag beach of Playa Flamingo and its selection of restaurants etc. It is a further 10 minutes into the centre of Playa Blanca with its shops, high quality restaurants and welcoming bars. Due to location, a car is not required. However a taxi rank is only 2 minutes walk from the apartment with taxis costing around 3 euros for the short trip into Playa Blanca centre.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

The wonderful beach of Playa Flamingo is highly recommended for families due to calm waters, gentle slopes and fine sand!
