About the property

Villa La Val Gran is located on the Santa Catalina Estate, 3 kms inland from Estartit and the beach. 3 swimming pools are located around the development 2 of which are within a few metres of our villa.

This single storey villa has 3 bedrooms one with double bed the other 2 with twin beds, bathroom, shower room, fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, large living room with TV and built in furniture, dining room with patio doors onto a terrace with barbeque.

A well maintained south facing garden stands behind a security gate. A large roof terrace offers further private sun bathing. A washing machine is fitted in the garage. A large supermarket is within easy walking distance but a car is required for beach.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava

This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.

However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
