The villa has been completed and furnished to an extremely high standard. It occupies two floors, on the ground floor is a very spacious hallway, two twin bedrooms , a marble bathroom with shower, a kitchen which includes all of the normal appliances plus a dishwasher, a utility room with a washing machine, a spacious lounge containing two leather settees, a fantastic outside dining area (Brai) with seating for 8 people, which is open to the Southerly aspect for your Al Fresco dining. Its own luxury kidney shaped pool, surrounded by terracotta tiles and enclosed in a very private and secluded walled garden.. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with its own dressing area, en-suite marble bathroom, separate shower and large private sun terrace.

This villa is located within 50 metres of a rocky shoreline and local shops and restaurants are only a 3 min walk away. Villa del dos Hijos is ideal for families who want the best of both worlds, it enjoys a tranquility not found in livley tourist areas yet is only 3km(€5 in a taxi) from the center of Playa Blanca, this villa will provide you with a wonderful base for a dream holiday.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

About us
Hi I'm Martin, I married to Lesley and have two teenage sons, we own just the one holiday home, I'm a forty something that has work hard all his life and this is my pension plan.

What we love about our property
We fell in love with Playa Blanca the first time we went their on holiday, its like no other resort I have been two, relaxed and ideal for families, it is one of the few places that I have been to that just doesn't lower itself to neon lights and loud music:). The area of Faro park is the most up market development in Playa Blanca and was our dream choice.
