About the property

Villa Primera is a typical whitewashed Lanzarote holiday villa, comfortable, relaxed and clean. With optional full air-conditioning, it also has BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 and DVD plus a library of at least 30 good movies. Unlike most Playa Blanca holiday villas, this one gives you use of a PlayStation 2 and games! Internet is available for a small extra cost with your own laptop.

Two big bedrooms sleep 4 comfortably. There is a comfortable sofa/bed in the living room if required. The kitchen has ceramic hobs, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. The living and dining areas are furnished to a very high standard for your holiday comfort. There is a lockable safe supplied. A towel change and mid-holiday clean will be provided on Mondays and sheet and towel change on Thursdays for two week stays.

A south facing terrace brings you all day sun. There are nice views to the sea at the front and the spectacularly beautiful Fémes mountains to the side. The terrace leads directly to a tiled sunbathing area beside the totally private swimming pool. The luxury, curved swimming pool features a waterfall that gently cascades over black, volcanic rock into the warm water. You'll love it...

The facilities and price of Villa Primera must surely make it one of the very best value for money villas with pool you can rent in Lanzarote. £450 per week every week of the year!

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
