About Tauro Country Club
Beautiful villa in the Tauro valley, in a private Country Club surrounded by mountain & ocean views. Close to beaches and the villages of Puerto Rico and Puerto de Mogan. Very peaceful. You will be able to relax, sunbathe & swim in your own heated pool. And Tauro has the best all year climate in Europe!
The property is light, spacious & airy & comprises of three (four) bedrooms, and one bedroom opens right out onto the pool. All the rooms are furnished to a high standard. All three bathrooms are tiled in marble. The spacious open plan living leads you from the entrance hall to the dining room where you can enjoy your meals. In the living area two large sofas and TV with DVD are provided for your home entertainment. There is a fully fitted 'Siematic' kitchen with everything you need, truly home from home. For balmier evenings you can choose to eat outdoors on the covered terrace at a granite dining table for 8 people.
All bed linen & towels are provided.

Owner's Tips
The location is ideal for families or couples who want private, up to date accomodation. Golfers will be very impressed with the golf courses at Anfi Tauro, only 5 minutes walk away.
Meet the owners...
About us
We are a small Norwegian familiy, living on a small island in the middle of our captal city Oslo. Our two boys are seven and nine. Kari is a medical doctor, Svein Erik is a media professional.
Our lovely holiday home in Tauro became ours in 2005. We bought it as a place for our future holidays (seeking the most pleasant climate anytime of the year), also wanting to try to let it out to holidaymakers at least some weeks every year. We have been overwhelmed with the interest of renting it - we have had guests almost every week for the last four years!
What we love about our property
Our Tauro guests come mostly from England, Scotland and Ireland - and some also from Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Holland, Switzerland and Spain. The uniqueness of our holiday home is that it is of good standard, just renovated in 2011 - it has room for many people but you will also enjoy staying there alone or as a couple. It has its own private pool which is heated all year. The area is a quiet residential area, and still it is close to familiy parks, the best beaches in the Canaries, and the busy Puerto Rico and the picturesque Porto de Mogan.
Ideal for self catering, but also close to the restaurants of Tauro, Playa del Cura, Playa del Amadoreas and Puerto Rico.

“pros very nice pool ....gets the sun most of the day
cons advertised as a villa,it isn't .It is an apartment with another apartment above.Noise from above and next door apartment.
totally overlooked from above and the side.no privacy at all.
49 steps down to it.
We will not be returning.
Tauro is a fantastic location.Amodores beach is 5 minutes away and is superb.”

“This is advertised as a villa.It isn't .It is an apartment with a pool.It is completely overlooked from the apartment directly above and from the neighbouring apartment.This made using the pool or sunbathing embarrassing.
Noise from the next apartment was intolerable,they are so close together.Each time you enter or leave the apartment there are 49 steps,great fun with shopping and suitcases.Totally unsuitable for older people or anyone with children.
We are going to take legal action as the property was not as described in the advert.”

“We (3 couples) stayed in this property March 2011. The villa was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. In particular, the pool was lovely. It was also very handy for the golf course but the prices were extortionate by UK standards. Take your own shoes (none for hire), glove and balls to bring the price within reason - clubs too if you can, of course. A short drive away is a really excellent restaurant, curiously named "Guantanamo" which is well worth several visits. There were however two issues which future clients should be aware of. There are 5 flights of steps down from the car park which are hard work if you have mobility problems or small children. Also, the steep hillside of this development means that the villa above you is literally built on top of yours and some overhead neighbour noise is likely when occupied.”

“My Husband and I and our 13 year old Daughters had a wonderful weeks holiday. The villa was spacious, very tastefully furnished and the pool and outside terraces were fantastic. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and at home.. The villa was in a quiet residential area with lovely views. We would definately recommend hiring a car as it enabled us to visit many beautiful places, Puerto Mogan being one of them.Anyone who books this villa will not be disappointed.I A home from home where you can relax and not want to leave!”
