The Las Palmeras III Apartments have become a firm favourite with return visitors, year after year. The apartments are often booked again even before people have returned home. This along with the reccomendations to other people has made the Las Palmeras III complex one of the most popular complexes in Puerto del Carmen. Located in a quiet but very central area of Puerto Del Carmen the Palmeras III Apartments are very convenient for the main area of Playa Grande beach, and the many shops, bars and fantastic restaurants that line the promenade of the Central Atlantico area of the Avenida de Las Playas only 8 minutes walk away. The Old Town & Harbour can be reached by a 10 minute walk.

With only eight apartments the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed around the pool and has sheltered sun bathing terraces. The complex is very well managed by a English manager who is on hand to answer any questions & organise anything extra you may need.

Las Palmeras III is situated in a very safe & quiet area & is very secure due to a lockable gate entrance.

The apartment is close to all of Puerto Del Carmen's amenities with a supermarket just a five minute stroll away and a mini market just around the corner from the apartments. The airport is just a 10 minute taxi transfer away.

The Palmeras III Apartments sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, but more apartments are available for larger families/groups. The apartments have recently been refurbished, and comprise of 1 bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobe. 1 full bathroom with shower, a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and a convenient breakfast bar leading to the lounge. Everything that you could need is available within the apartment.

The lounge is very comfortable and includes: 2 very comfortable settes, a fan, satellite TV, video recorder, CD player and DVD player, along with a small selection of music CD's & DVD's & books.
The apartment also offers a free safety deposit box, iron and ironing board.

For 3rd & 4th guests, we have available 2 very comfortable fold out beds. We can supply a cot for younger children, and if needed a highchair.

We have sunbed pads available for use around the pool. Apartment number 1 is a ground floor apartment with no apartment above. The terrace gets the sun all day long & a few steps away from your terrace is our fantastic pool. The terrace is a great place to sit and relax day or night. A barbecue will also be available for Summer 2011.

This property gets lots of bookings and return visitors year after year, due to a very high standard of accommodation and popular location. Book early to avoid missing out.

If you do require more apartments we are happy to book these for you or if apartment number 1 is unavailable please contact us and we will be happy to book you into one of the remaining seven apartments.

We can organise anything extra you may require, including birthday or special occasion cakes. A welcome pack is provided containing, water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, dishcloth, washing up liquid washing powder etc. We have a community washing machine available for all our guests to use for a small charge. We will even do the washing for you!

We have large 8 litre water's delivered to the complex for sale at €2. So no need to carry heavy water from the shops.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Free holiday information pack including recommended restaurants, bars, maps and taxi information. The main Tourist Information Office opposite the beach is not far from the apartments, here you can get advice on all the islands trips, days out at the waterpark and more.
Excursion Companies are also located not far from Las Palmeras III.

One of the main pick up points to catch the excursion coaches is located down the road from the apartments (outside McDonald's). The main bus stop and taxi rank are also located in this area making it really easy to get to any parts of the island if you want to explore other resorts. You can have any kind of holiday in this area of Puerto del Carmen, due to the literally hundreds of bars and restaurants that offer something for everyone, your holiday can be as relaxed or as lively as you please.
