Luxury 2 bedroom apartment plus private roof terrace with fantastic views of Mount Teide & along the coast. These unique apartments command the best spot in the resort, right on the seafront promenade. The beautiful sandy beach is right outside.
The property is furnished to a high standard and includes lift service. It sleeps 2- 6 people and is newly furnished throughout.
The spacious lounge/dining room comes with king-size sofa bed, TV, DVD player, hi-fi & balcony with sea views. The fully equipped kitchen has a built-in cooker and microwave oven. The large master bedroom comes with king-size bed & en-suite shower room. Second small bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a family bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. The spacious private roof-terrace affords fantastic views of Mount Teide, the beach and along the coast. The property has a private laundry room, full linen with towels & beach towels supplied.
Located in the south of the island between Los Gigantes and Playa Paraiso. Approximately 15 minutes drive to Playa de Las Americas. Taxi fare from the airport is approximately £20

About Playa San Juan, Tenerife
Playa San Juan is one of the few remaining fishing villages where you get a glimpse of 'real' Canarian life. Its long sweeping seafront with sandy beach is dotted with many restaurants & old-style tapas bars & there is a pretty marina where you can take whale and dolphin sight-seeing trips. The resort boasts the highest sunshine record on the island and is perfect for those wanting to escape from the brash tourist resorts 20 mins away. A championship golf complex is planned for 2005.

Explore the tranquil fishing village of Playa San Juan with its many cafes, restaurants, shops, traditional weekly market & extensive seafront promenade.
Pods of dolphins swim along the coast and whale & dolphin sightseeing cruises operate from the marina. The area is great for swimming or snorkelling & the resort boasts the highest sunshine record on the island.
The fabulous Abama golf course & golf academy is 1 mile up the road. Adeje Golf course is 10 mins drive, Las Americas course is 20 minutes.
