About San Jacinto
This is a spacious two bedroomed ground floor apartment with a lovely shared pool and private parking. It has two separate terraces for all day sun.There is also a new air-conditioning system
installed through the property for extra comfort.
It is located in a quiet complex in the resort of Costa Teguise. This apartment is also wheelchair accessable as is the pool area, which is usually quiet, in fact being a small complex, it's quieter than most. The nearest supermarkets and restaurants are within a five minute walk from the apartment, and the main beach "Las Curacas" is within a 10 minute walk. The complex is very family orientated and children are well catered for in Costa Teguise.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double room with a private terrace, and one twin room. There is a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons and leads on to a separate utility room.There is a welcome pack provided on arrival. It has tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and orange juice. There is also a DVD player. We have now added an extra satelitte system for football,movies and us tv series aswell as the usual sky freeview.
The spacious lounge and dining area leads onto another private terrace which is ideal for "Al Fresco" dining.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!
Owner's Tips
An 18 hole championship course is nearby. The restaurants and bars in Costa Teguise are highly recommended and children are always welcomed.

“This is the second time we have stayed here as said before great apartment very clean great location very safe booking is easy 20 minutes in a taxi from the airport would highly recommend this apartment we have since booked for the third time”

“Lovely apartment, very spacious and clean. We were a party of 5, two couples plus a baby and it is easiy big enough to accommodate. Quiet residential area but only minutes from bars and shops. I would recommend especially if you like walking - its about 20mins to resort centre, which we enjoyed walking down. A bit difficult at night in the wind with a buggy, but taxi's are very cheap and easy to get too! I echo a previous reviewer that the lack of a bath is not good for babies (we took our 9 month old), but its easily solved - buy an inflatable dinghy and use that!
Overall, I would definitely recommend for families.”

“Great accomadation everything you need under one roof , clean and comfortable only ten minute walk to a beautiful beach and plenty of bars and resturants. The complex is well maintained and felt very safe, plenty of room for a family I strongly recommend this apartment .We will definately be booking again.”

“Great accommodation. Very reasonably priced. Spacious 2 bedroom with everything we needed and more. A real home from home. We travelled with a toddler and found the place to be safe, only needed some minor childproofing and a cot and highchair was provided. Set on a residential complex 10 minute walk to beach and resort centre but lovely and quiet. Only downside for us was no bath, just a shower and our toddler not so keen!
Would definately return again.
NB. Worth taking own sky card to try as sky box there, but only limited channels, channel 5 only terrestrial one.”
Owner's response: There is a new sat system installed with us based dramas and recent movies. There is also a skybox so please bring sky cards. UK based channels will be limited in Lanzarote.
