About Mareverde Apartment
The Mareverde apartments are situated in the Torviscas area of Playa de las Americas with the nearest beach being a 5-10 minutes walk. Torviscas has a wide range of restaurants and bars for everyone. The nearest attractions include the famous waterpark. The complex is also on the main bus route which is linked to all the great islands destinations if you like to explore. Taxis are also easy available right outside.
The apartment consists of the lounge/dining area which has a sofabed which sleeps 2 guests, television with UK channels and DVD player, stereo/CD-player, dining table and chairs. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto the terrace area. The American style kitchen is complete with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and juicer. It has also a full compliment of cutlery and crockery.
The bedroom comes with double bed and it has pine bedside tables, pine chest, wardrobes with safety deposit box. The bedroom patio doors also open onto the outdoor terrace. The bedroom also has a travel cot available for the babies. The apartment has a fully tiled bathroom together with white fittings including a toilet, bidet, basin and bath/shower. It also has a shaver socket with mirrored cabinet.
Outside is a double length terrace which has a small garden with plants and has slight views over the pool. The terrace is also complete with table and four reclining chairs which are excellent for outdoor dining.
Please note the apartment is on a second level reached by steps from the pool area.

Owner's Tips
There are various excellent restaurants and bars available just 2 mins walk from the apartment. Playa Fanabe beach which is known for being one of the best beaches is only a 5-10 min walk from the complex.
For the shopper on Thursdays and Saturdays the Torviscas market is a favourite for leather goods, watches, lace and many other items.

About us
We live in Stockport, Cheshire and have a nine year old daughter Liberty who loves Tenerife. I work as an Licensed Aircraft Mechanic for Jet2.com and my wife is a learning support assistant.
What we love about our property
The apartment and complex are in an excellent location. Five to ten minutes to the beach, close to restaurants and shops and on the main bus route. Close to Aqualand , Siam Park and other attractions.

“Parking is a problem if you have a hire car. Inside the apartment is fine but the complex is a bit tatty.”

“The apartment at Mareverde was very comfortable and cared for. Within hours it was our home-from-home, whether spending time having breakfast and fresh coffee, staying in for lunch, or watching DVDs and relaxing on the balcony at the end of the night, we were completely at ease. Situated close to the fabulous mall over the freeway (with awesome supermarket and fashion shops) and a short walk down to the playa and its restaurants, we couldn't have had a more suitable accommodation.
Whilst the Mareverde complex itself has had an unsteady amount of care over the last few years, it was nice to see that renovations and upkeep was in progress, which bodes well for future holidays there.
Good communication with the owners afforded us plenty of information in good time before we left, and led to a hassle free holiday. Wish we were there!”

“This is a lovely clean apartment with all the facilities you would require. When me and my family arrived at the appartment there was a full bottle of water so you could make a cup of tea.
There was fresh bedding provided every week. The apartment is not far from the beach.
The apartment is very secure.
The bath and shower facilities were very good with fast flowing water.
We would sometimes sit on the balcony of a nightime and play games with the kids.
I was really impressed with the whole apartment. It was like home from home, and was not lacking in anything.”
