About the property

Same low weekly rental price all year!

Located in a quiet area but close to shops and restaurants. Parking space. Supermarket is just a minute's walk away.

Access to the apartment is via a staircase. Large lounge/diner with separate fully equipped kitchen and secure utility area with washing machine. Two twin bedrooms and a shower room (no bath). Large and quite private sun terrace with lovely seaviews.

Cot and highchair also available to rent. Welcome pack of basics available on request. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Car hire not necessary but easily available. British owned management company available to assist if required.

Two minute walk to local shops and restaurants with the centre of Costa Teguise ten minutes further. The best sandy beach in town is only a 10 minutes stroll away with windsurfing hire and tuition available.

DVD player now availalble, bring your own DVD's or rent in the resort. Electric fans. Electric heater.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

20th March 2008 - 29th March 2009	£215 per week for up to 2 guests (Plus £15 per additional guest)
30th March 2009 - 31st March 2010	£245 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

Refundable damage deposit of £100.00 required

£50 deposit with booking form. Outstanding balance payment due 8 weeks prior to start of the rental.

Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival require full payment with booking form.

Minimum rental one week.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

Book early to avoid disappointment. Book your flights early especially for school holiday periods. We offer advice on flights, minibus transfers & windsurfing schools.
TV offers only Spanish channels so bring DVD's or videos or rent in the resort.
