This one bedroom ground floor apartment (50sqm) is set in a lovely private complex with two large pools, plus a smaller one for younger children. This comfort private residence consists of 1 attractive bedroom with built-in wardrobes, 1 fully fitted bathroom with washing machine, kitchen and living area. The apartment is fitted out like home from home.

From the front terrace of the apartment there are lovely and unrestricted ocean views, from here is also the entrance to the property through patio doors. (all fotos had been updated in October 2011)
We have a property manager on call (24hrs) in the event of any problems on your holiday.

The apartment is on a quiet complex with 24hr security. The most striking thing about it is it's convenience to the pool (50 yards) and the amazing views of the sea (70 yards). The apartment is ground floor and on this complex is the closest to the sea, your views are totally unrestricted.

On entering the property you arrive in the living area which comprises of large sofa which can sleep 2 people as well as a sofa chair which can sleep 1 guest, dining table for four, sideboard, Hifi player, 24" television, Sky TV (4 english channels) and a DVD / video player. A large collection of games, books and movies are available for our guests without any charge. Each room has handmade indian carpets and originals, fashioned paintings and is furnished to a high standard. A babycot is available upon request without any charge. A heater is also available for the winter season.

The door at the end of the corridor leads to the master bedroom with twin beds and large very spacious fitted wardrobes, the window of this room overlooks the internal terrace and the ocean. After the bedroom patio doors open from the corridor onto the internal terrace this is private and not overlooked at all. The door on the right is to the bathroom which includes double sinks, bath/shower, hairdryer, washing machine and iron / ironing board. There is a safe provided to protect personal effects.

The kitchen is fully equipped and comes provided with oven and hob, toaster, kettle, microwave fridge with freezer compartment and the usual plates and cups. including cooker, fridge and a microwave.

All of the rooms are furnished to a high standard and each room has handmade carpets and originals, fashioned paintings from the famous german painter, Brigitte Kraneburg. The building was established in 1986 and has been ready to rent since June 2002. The apartment is a great place to relax for families and for guests who like to stay in a comfort apartment in a silent resort which provides you privacy as much as possible. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and is also ideal for handicapped guests.

Outside the property you will find a delightful rear garden with sub tropical plants and the terrace (12sqm) with comfortable two private sun loungers.

Both, our 6001 & 6002 Tuscan Apartments have the best view and are located in the quiest and cleanest building area of the entire complex.

To make a long story short; "This apartment is by far the nicest and best positioned on the complex closest to the sea and the pool. The best of both worlds."

There is a supermarket on site and some wonderful restaurants only yards away offering wonderful cuisine at unbelieveable prices. For those who prefer some night life, a short 3 minute taxi ride costing £1.50 takes you to the heart of Costa Teguise and a choice of nightclubs offering dancing and happy hours that seem to last for hours and hours.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Quiet yet close to local activity, the Tuscan Apartments combine a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of sports activities for the more energetic guests. Easy taxi ride from airport (approx 12€).

It is close to all amenities - Playa Bastian beach is 10 minutes walk, mini-market (100 yards away), restaurants, bars, car rental office, taxi rank, bus stop and gym all within 10 minutes walk. Las Cucharas main beach can be reached by a lovely stroll along the seafront promenade about 15 minutes or a 3 minute cab or bus ride.

Costa Teguise offers a number of sports including an excellent golf course, diving, windsurfing and a waterpark. Other sports on the island and not too far away include - go karts, horseriding, surfing, big game fishing, golf (full 18 hole), and microlight flying.

About us
I am 45 years old and private owner of two beautiful apartments on Lanzarote island.

I live in Bremen / Germany. My favourite leisures are flying aircraft, open water diving, fitness and Lanzarote island. I hold the private pilot license JAR-FCL / CPL which allows me flying as well abroad.

Due to my job in Airbus Industries I have limited private time. However, I spend my vacation every year in Lanzarote at one of my Tuscan Apartments to relax and to prepare everything for my guests. That's one of the fundamentals keeping the high standard. In addition I gained much experience in rental my apartments on Lanzarote for more than 10 years.

Some words to my job...
Besides my pilot licence I have an academic degree in industrial engineering (Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur) with almost six years experience as the Deputy of Head of Procurement Aerostructure Bremen at Airbus Operations GmbH in Germany.

I also provide lectures on a regular basis at the Jacoby University in Bremen.

What we love about our property
...the privacy of the apartments, which are located away from the main buldings...the excellent sea view which I enjoy every monring and in the evenings and the wonderful beach promenade... especially the sunrise and sunset I enjoy from the private terrace....the location of the complex...central to the main tourists points (beaches), restaurants and bars of Costa Teguise.

The complex itself is not a tourist building, just a place to relax and enjoying silence as well...my intension is to settle in Lanzarote some time when I have been retired...but this will take many years:-)

Some personal words...
My wish is that my guests should really feel that there are at home without missing anything. It's a must for me because a vacation is one of the most important time during the year and I feel to be responsible to provide my guests everything they need and to stay in a nice and very pleasant, clean comfort environment. You can be assured I try hard to secure a wonderful vacation.
Another bonus is my English spoken caretaker, she is assisting you in any cases / questions during your stay in a personal way.
