About the property

We have arrangements with another apartment in the same complex for larger parties.

Entrance overlooks the pool and tropical foliage. Double bedroom has full width mirror fronted wardrobes, ample storage space, mosquito nets at windows and ceiling fan. Large ventilated bathroom with bath with shower, wc, bidet, hand basin and giant mirror. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and utensils for a comfortable stay for four. The living area has a dining table, double sofa bed, easy chairs and a ceiling fan. Full width patio doors lead onto private balcony which catches the sun from midday to sunset.

Outdoor furniture and loungers, umbrella and gas BBQ make it ideal for a quiet G&T overlooking open ground and the Amarilla Golf fairways with mountains in the distance. Low rise complex encloses tropical gardens and waterfall, two bars, restaurant, lagoon pool and children's pool with a lifeguard. Launderette on site.

Cot available to hire on request.

For those that enjoy a game of bowls - there is the internationally renowned bowling green in the Winter Garden complex next door.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

1st April - 31st August 2008	£185 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
1st September 2008 - 31st March 2009	£200 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

Fee is for the apartment regardless of number of persons up to a maximum of four. We require a £25 deposit for the keys which will be returned as soon as we receive them back.

About Golf del Sur, Tenerife

Golf del Sur is a green oasis built around a 27 hole championship golf course that has hosted several international events. A quieter area of Tenerife, it is ideally suited to golfers, young families and those who just want to take life easy. Sandy beaches are a few minutes drive away and bars, restaurants and shops are available on the San Blas centre. Busier nightlife and more shopping available 10 to 15 minutes drive away in Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

Golf del Sur holiday villas and apartments are widely available, many have reduced green fees for those wanting to play at the championship course.

Owner's Tips...

Hire a car in the town if you want to explore the island but there are plenty of facilities within walking distance and excursions can be arranged in the reception. The coast path is a lovely walk down to the town. The fishing villiage of Los Abrigos is a 20 minute walk away and offers some of the best fish restaurants in Tenerife.

Two golf courses within walking distance, Amarilla Golf and Golf Del Sur, both of which offer excellent greens in the midst of volcanic scenery with cacti and rocky gorges as the backdrop.

See our website for plenty of things to do - golf, bowls can be played in the complex next door (shoe & bowls hire available), scuba diving, crazy golf, tennis and places to visit. There is a noticeboard in the apartment with our favourite restaurants listed.
