About the property

We have four villas next door to each other that are fondly known as "the quads" because they are all equipped to the same very high standard and can be let individually or together for larger parties that like their own front door.

There is a private drive leading up to the villa and a large landscaped front garden, once inside you will find a pretty living/dining room that comfortably seats five and has a TV with 100 English speaking satellite channels, including topical sports channels, BBC radio stations, assorted German, French, Spanish and Italian satellite channels /DVD and CD/radio. Two large double doors lead out to the terrace with seating for six and a BBQ area that looks out onto your own electrically heated pool, there are four sunloungers and two parasols - and the whole landscaped garden area is surrounded by 7´high walls- you can only access the pool from inside the villa making it both safe and private.

Also downstairs you will find a full bathroom and the fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, iron/ironing board, fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and plenty of matching china, saucepans and all you need to cook for the family or entertain friends-everthing from a pìzza cutter to egg cups!!! A drying area leads off on one side of the kitchen and a door out to the BBQ area leads off from the other side.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has two balconies one overlooking the front garden and the other looking over the pool area, it has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes a security safe and a hairdryer, the second bedroom has a balcony overlooking the front garden, twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a substantial floor standing fan in each bedroom. A full bathroom separates the two bedrooms.

Upon arrival there will be a welcome pack in the kitchen to ensure you can relax and start to enjoy your holiday.

We use the villas frequently ourselves to ensure that they are highly maintained and all guests get a "home from home" experience. If you check the availability calendar it is only marked fully booked when all four villas are booked, it is worth calling or emailing for variations on quoted prices

A bus stop can be found just two minutes from the villa with buses going into the centre of Playa Blanca

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

£100 deposit required per week the remainder to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. All clients must hold current comprehensive travel insurance.

Please add £50 for more than two people - total cost not per person.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips...

There are many excellent restaurants in Playa Blanca,and also there are ferries from the harbour to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. A new marina has opened that offers bars, restaurants some lovely boutiques and of course the boats! The main village has a large selection of small shops/restaurants and bars flanking the promenade where you can stroll the whole length of Playa Blanca, it is a safe environment catering mainly for couples and families, a lot of Spanish is spoken here making you feel that you really are in another country!

The villa is a short distance from Timanfayo National Park and the famous Papagayo beach, we always recommend guests hire a car as there is so much to see and do and it will save you money in the long run.
