This fantastic house for 8 persons with private swimming pool is situated in a very quiet and residential area of Miami Playa.

The house is made up of 2 levels. The ground floor has a living/dining room with a sofa-bed for 2 persons, an open and well equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bath/shower. From the arcade terrace you will enjoy the view at the lovely garden and swimming pool.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 single beds, a bathroom with bath/shower and a very large terrace also with view at the garden and the swimming pool. The swimming pool is 4 x 8.5 metres and the plot of land has 700 square metres. There are 2 parking-places.

The beach is at about 900 metres. This house is worth a relaxing holiday!
