About Villa Niu Dor
Very nice and well equipped house for 10 persons in a quiet and private residence of Cambrils.
It consists of 2 individual air-conditioned floors/apartments. The apartment on the ground floor has a large and luxurious living/dining room, a separate and very well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 4 single beds and 2 bathrooms with bath/shower.
The terrace has a direct access to the garden and has garden furniture and sun loungers.
The access to the other apartment on the first floor is by exterior stairs. This apartment has a living/dining room, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath/shower and 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
There is also a large terrace with view at the lovely garden and the swimming pool. The car can be easily parked in the street, as it is a very quiet and residential area. The beach is at about 400m.

All the properties we offer have been inspected and assessed by a specialised team within our company in order to guarantee your comfort and wellbeing during your stay on the Costa Dorada.
Consultancy service for the buying and selling of properties throughout the Costa Dorada. based on a large portfolio of properties and clients.
We offer a cleaning service to ensure all our accommodation is in pristine condition.
We are able to carry out any type of renovations or reforms as well as any necessary general maintenance and repair work on the properties.
We offer all types of excursions and can also arrange tickets for Port Aventura and Aquopolis to avoid entrance queues at the theme parks.
