This spacious studio apartment is furnished to a very high standard and consists of lounge/dining area, kitchenette and separate wet room and toilet.
The living area has twin beds, a large leather sofa, a dining table and chairs and plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. There is English satellite TV, a CD player and a play station for your use. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster.
The patio doors open out onto a sunny terrace with garden table and chairs.
Towels and linen are changed weekly.
Port Royale is a very popular complex with its own communal pool and large sun terrace with free sunbeds. The complex has an Italian restaurant (with full take-away service) on site and a launderette.
It is located adjacent to two large 4* hotels which provide excellent evening entertainment programmes and full sport facilities (including bowling, tennis, sauna etc).
The beach, harbour and central Los Cristianos is a 15 minute stroll away. An ever-increasing selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within 5 mins walk.

A popular destination since the 1960's, Los Cristianos still holds onto a small amount of its local identity, with restaurants and bars are aplenty. Quieter than other areas, the main focal point is around the harbour where you can escape to La Gomera by ferry or hydrofoil.
Flight deals to Los Cristianos are available from the UK, with many airlines flying several times a week. The mild climate on Tenerife means a holiday in Los Cristianos can be taken all year round.
Many of the Los Cristianos holiday apartments are ideal for families, several of the complexes have separate kiddies pools and beaches are closeby for the sunworshippers amongst you.
Ideally placed in a quiet area of Los Cristianos and yet within easy walking distance of major touristic attractions and centre of Los Cristianos.
A taxi rank is close by, a 3 minute walk, and for those who don't like walking up the hill then the taxis are very reasonable.
A taxi from the centre of Los Cristianos will cost around 4 euros.
The surrounding area has seen major transformation in the last two years.
At the bottom of the hill there is the new Passarella Shopping Centre, which includes a Spar, and then there are the numerous bars and restaurants of the El Mirador area.
One really is spoilt for choice were eating out is concerned.
